 Tiger Prawns or the Bagda Chingri is considered best among all prawns as it tastes the best. Soft and delicate meat makes excellent seafood. Tiger Prawns comes in different sizes, also available in different dressing in the store. Usually shelled, de-veined and head removed meat is packed, though for some dishes, retaining shell at the tail is the tradition. The images showing here is of Penaeus monodon or Bagda Chingri
